#TimeToEndBreastCancer - Estee Lauder Companies

A Breast Cancer awareness month would be incomplete without a campaign aimed to make the lives of patients better, and ensure that individuals do not have to face the challenges of such a cancer. According to the WHO (World Health Organization), breast cancer is the most common type of cancer among women and impacts about 2.1 million women each year.

The Estee Lauder Companies have launched a social media campaign to create a breast-cancer free world. One of its beneficiaries for this year's campaign is the Faraja Cancer support trust in Kenya.

Individuals are encouraged to be part of this change and help achieve the goal by publicly posting the pink ribbon on social media with the hashtags #TimeToEndBreastCancer #ECCDonates #BCCKenya.

The Faraja cancer center will get $9 for every public post, and it will be awarded a maximum of $4,600. Well-wishers can support the cause by sending their donations to either of these account numbers:

President Emmanuel Macron's problem with Islam; Is it the Ideology or the people?

“So I understand and respect that people could be shocked by these cartoons, but I will never accept that one can justify physical violence over these cartoons, and I will always defend the freedom in my country to write, to think, to draw,” - Emmanuel Macron

France's President Macron expressed that cartoons of Prophet Mohammad was no excuse for Muslims to indulge in violence. This was following the unfortunate Nice attack at a church in France where a 21-year old assailant from Tunisia, shouting “Allahu Akbar” (God is Greatest) beheaded a woman and killed two other people.

On October 16, Samuel Paty, a school teacher in France was beheaded by his 18-year old student after the teacher depicted a cartoon version of prophet Mohammad during a civic lesson.

While Macron continues to defend the right to publish Cartoons of the same, he does not expect the Muslims to retaliate in violence. According to him, publishing cartoons of the Prophet is fully justified.

We are here to present a memorandum of demands to President Ramaphosa who is also the chairman of the AU - Cosmos Echie; President of the Nigerian community in western cape.
